The Fish4All recreational fishing App has been developed to assist with the sustainable management of New Zealand’s marine resources. Our “taonga” (treasure) is a vital part of NZ and we need to look after it for generations to come.

We know that in order to set sustainable catch limits it is critical to ensure that fishery managers have a clear understanding of what catch is taken by each sector, year on year. The Fish4All App is a direct response to this and has been developed to provide a really simple, easy-to-use method of recording annual recreational fishing effort. We aim to strengthen the recreational fishing presence in fisheries management forums and decision making by providing this securely held information on behalf of the sector.

What could be better? A fun to use App that will allow you to brag to your mates, see how your catch tracks against local, regional and national trends and all the while helping to protect our precious Taonga by enhancing recreational fishing sector interests where they are needed most.
