User Reviews

Multiple reviews highlight two recurring negatives: sharing/transfer restrictions and billing/delivery problems (passes charged but not delivered or not appearing). Reliability concerns and support challenges are also common. On the positive side, when it works, the app provides transport access and museum admissions, and is seen as good value for solo travelers who plan ahead. Overall, adoption is high, but reliability and transfer limitations are the most mentioned pain points.
Pros
  • Widely adopted app usage: a large share of pass users rely on the app instead of printed tickets (high acceptance noted).
  • Core value when working: transport access and museum admissions function as advertised when passes load correctly.
  • Good value for certain use cases: described as a great bargain for solo travelers and when well-planned.
  • Positive outcomes after setup: some users report smooth operation after initial delays and planning, with overall travel convenience when it works.
Cons
  • Sharing/transfer limitations: cannot easily share passes with family beyond activation, and correcting activation mistakes is not available.
  • Billing and delivery issues: instances of being charged without delivery, passes not appearing in the app, or missing emails/receipts.
  • Reliability and support concerns: intermittent app reliability, delays in pass appearance, and reports of needing fraud/dispute handling.
  • Forced-day limitations: 24-hour passes can be impractical on certain days (e.g., Mondays) due to attraction closures.

The concept of buying 4 passes and not being able to share them with your family members beyond the activation process is shortsighted and not considerate of people in a living environment.

I rarely write reviews but I’m afraid that for changes to take place, organizations need feedback. The options to transfer a pass to someone to your family is limited. If you mistakenly swipe right to activate, instead of swiping to transfer to someone you bought it for, you’re out of luck. There is no option to correct the issue. Your family member/ friends will only be able to use it when they are with you. There is no redeeming a physical card or any other options. I wish the makers of this app had thought through all the variables when they made this app. Hopefully, it will get better so they can have more than 2.6 stars. Very disappointing.

The reviews made me nervous, so I called them. They said about 80% of pass users use the app instead of the printed tickets. And after several days of using the app, I can personally say there were zero problems.
