When the app makes it even harder to find a bus route, price, I actually spent over an hour and got zero information.

Why did you pay or even develop this app. You direct paid parking to this app and then have no way to pay? The locate parking just spins and never connects. Seriously, this app is worthless. We travel all over and never have encountered this level of fail for a parking app.
