Reviews show Kazoo works as a Linn controller once configured and can run on many Apple devices, but everyone agrees it suffers from update-related instability and device discovery failures. The UI is dated and not native, with poor iPhone X compatibility and usability. Users report weak cross-source search, poor library organization, missing streaming services, and laggy playlist management. Compared with Roon or Sonos, Kazoo feels inferior. Overall, the app does the job in principle, but requires major fixes in stability, discovery, UX, and features.

Works as a Linn controller once properly set up.
After setup, it does everything and is amazing.
Runs across multiple Apple devices (works on many iPhones/iPads).

Frequent crashes and stability problems after updates.
Discovery failures: unable to detect Linn zones or DS after updates, often requiring reinstall.
Dated, non-native UI not optimized for iPhone X; usability is poor.

This broke the app. It now will not detect any my Linn zones now. Please fix!

After an update for “stability improvement” the app has never crashed more than it does now...(and it crashes constantly anyway) You’d think these folks have an idea about technology and quality. It is beyond sub standard.
