User reviews are split. Many praise the app for being simple, fast, and able to differentiate resizing from cropping and to preview before sharing. However, recurring issues include removal of the crop tool in updates, inconsistent resizing results (sometimes nothing changes or size isn’t saved), inability to save/export resized images or missing PNG option, and noticeable quality loss after resizing. UI can be cluttered by ads, and some want inches display or remember the last size. Overall, core function works for some but reliability varies.
