Never thought I’d do online banking. It is made simply so even this senior can use it easily. I miss going and seeing the great people in the Sheffield Branch. I opened my Acct many years ago in Hampton so when we moved to Sheffield it was no problem. When my now husband moved from WA I told him to go open account at My bank. He then did in Hampton. Funny thing he was in awe they had a bathroom in bank! Thank you UBT. .#2 needed help again getting into my account. Sheffield person so knowledgeable and obviously could direct me to do what was needed. THANK YOU D! You know who you are! You’re appreciated more than you’d ever know!❤️

The app was really good and manageable before the new update. Ever since it got its new update it’s very confusing to navigate and to understand when and where money is being transferred and taking out of. it says i still have 26 dollars in my savings after transferring 20 of it to my checkings. not only that but it’s just really confusing because everything is so close together and there isn’t different categories like the last app. Just go back to how it was before.
