This app wasted 30 GB of background data in just 20 days completely draining my monthly data allowance. When I contacted the customer service they made me jump through hoops, forcing me to submit endless screenshots of my app usage and even data from my carrier app which is completely overkill. After making me wait 10 days, they finally got back to me just to say the bug was fixed. Since I had already updated to the latest version, they simply asked if I was still having the same issues. They are being completely irresponsible and refusing to take accountability for the data loss and massive inconvenience they caused.

뭔 광고에 미쳤나, 뭐만 해도 악성앱 처럼 광고 뜨는것도 혐오스러운데, 왜 자꾸 안쓴다는 남에 얼굴 생체정보 스캔 뭇해서 안달이지? 애플 face id 통해서 얻어지는 uid 로 쓰는것도 아니고 실제 생체정보 날로 먹어서 어디다 쓰려고? 진짜 야기도 저기도 계속 광고, 페이스 페이 .. 진짜 육두문자 나오게 하는 쓰레기. 그냥 K뱅크 쓰는게 나을듯. 광고도 짜증 나는데 신상정보 그만 좀 털어가길. 이러다 쿠팡처럼 털리고 나서 이상한 쿠폰이나 뿌릴려고?

알람을 꺼도 꺼도 새로운 카테고리로 또 민들어서 알람 보냄. Toss의 필요한 알람만 받기는 사실상 불가능임. 유입 늘리려고 하는건 알겠지만 사용자의 불편함을 담보로한 유입은 의미 없다고 생각됨. 쇼핑탭이나 쓰레기 같은 기능 넣어서 슈퍼앱 만드는건 알빠아닌데, 스트레스 받게해서 사용자들 괴롭히는건 못참겠음. 알람 끄고 만다
