We are moving to another brand. The app shows ads that are misleading and fraudulent, showing what looks like a button that says “click here to continue” or “you have a virus.” Not sure what happened to this company, but things have gone downhill. I do not trust them enough to put an internet connected camera in my house.

So many bugs. Poor UX. Poor communication from vendor. I do NOT recommend. They even say “native” support with HomeKit, yet only my hub works with Home and everything else fails. I’ll be surprised if this company is around in three years— it’s that bad.

I have tried everything to get the video to play on my phone after being recorded but it won’t. I even got a new phone but still will not playback a recording. There is also a few minute delay on being notified of when there is movement near your home. Clear picture but camera is stagnant so you have to angle it to see what you most want to see.
