Recent reviews

An unbelievably frustrating experience. After nearly three weeks and dealing with at least six different support people, Peerspace still could not manage to get my account and property properly set up. I repeatedly followed their instructions, yet kept getting passed from one person to another, often receiving generic responses that seemed to ignore everything that had already been discussed. Eventually, I just threw in the towel. If it takes nearly three weeks and six support people just to become a host, I can only imagine what dealing with an actual booking or payment problem would be like. I set up with a competitor without these issues. Peerspace made it far too difficult to simply become their customer, and I finally asked them to delete my account and personal information. A complete waste of my time.

This app does not allow you to easily message the host to as questions. Who would book a venue sight-unseen without asking questions. It also has some glitches with scrolling.
