I love this app- it wakes me up every single time and even if I try to go back to sleep afterwards, I don’t know what the alarm sounds are made of, but they like alert my brain to be awake so I can’t even go back to sleep once I hear it. this has been really good for me because I’ve had insomnia the past couple of weeks and I stay up super late and have to wake up really early so I’m held accountable for sure
