This app literally never works!

Terrible app. The amount of times this app freezes or moves ridiculously slow is far too many. Then you can’t transfer money between accounts.

Bill pay in particular is not easy to use. The most recent example: tried to add a payee and as you would expect, the account number is one of the required fields. However, the app switches to a numeric keyboard which doesn’t work for account numbers that have letters. So I had to use a desktop to add the payee. Another day, when I tried to pay a bill through the app, the select payee field wouldn’t load so I was unable to make the payment using the app.
