I have really enjoyed playing this game but now I can’t seem to move forward unless I have a lot of coins to open new areas. I think I’m going to move on to another game.

Do not download if you have a mobile device! Lost all my progress (level 120) when trying to perform the update. The update put me back to level 1! When I contacted Big Fish Games I was told they do not provide support to mobile devices, only PC and Mac. My wife had this happen a couple of years ago and all she has to do was provide her ID number and they were able to get her back to where she was. I did that but was told they do not provide support to mobile devices. Why would they provide an app to play the game on my Apple iPhone and then not provide any support??? Played the game for years now it’s gone. Thanks Big Fish for nothing!
