Usuários relatam falhas graves na estabilidade (crashes na abertura) e limitações de uso para não brasileiros (números de telefone e cartões internacionais). A integração com o Apple Wallet costuma falhar ou nem existe, e o login (especialmente via Facebook) apresenta instabilidade. Há ainda bugs frequentes e um fluxo de compra/transferência de ingressos pouco intuitivo. Impossible to use as a foreigner due to Brazilian specific security requirements. Customer service is a joke. They will be unavailable all day long and then reach out in the middle of the night. Likely outsourced to Asia. It is so sad since it prohibits enjoying and supporting the beautiful arts and culture of this country.
