Usuários relatam falhas graves na estabilidade (crashes na abertura) e limitações de uso para não brasileiros (números de telefone e cartões internacionais). A integração com o Apple Wallet costuma falhar ou nem existe, e o login (especialmente via Facebook) apresenta instabilidade. Há ainda bugs frequentes e um fluxo de compra/transferência de ingressos pouco intuitivo. Um ponto positivo citado é a atualização recente de interface que tornou a navegação mais agradável em iPhones X/XS/XR.

I’m Brazilian, but my phone number is from the US and it’s impossible to change - I try to edit and I don’t receive any code so you’re basically stuck with an app that doesn’t work. It’s absurd!!! And this has been going on for years.
