User Reviews

Users report Radar Schedules often works for organizing staff schedules but is plagued by reliability issues, unreliable notifications, login problems, limited Android support, and slow or unresponsive support. A few users note it can perform very well for employees when stable. Feature gaps and frequent UI/UX problems further hinder broad adoption and consistent use.
Pros
  • Organizes and manages staff schedules, helping teams see shifts and schedules.
  • When it works, it can perform very well for employees (phenomenal performance for some users).
  • Allows managers to post shifts and staff announcements (visible to the team).
Cons
  • Unreliable push notifications and shift postings; alerts do not consistently reach users.
  • Frequent reliability issues: crashes, server errors, or the app failing to load.
  • Login/authentication problems and account access failures (passwords, lockouts).
  • Limited cross-platform support, with Android users experiencing missing features or access.
  • Poor customer support responsiveness and difficulty getting help.

I have been a restaurant manager for quite some time and I just started working in a new location that uses this app. Seems to work great other than the out times showing up for team members. We can be in the middle of a huge unexpected rush and team members want to leave because that is what their schedule states. You need to add a LBD (lunch business decline) a DBD (dinner business decline) and a CL for closer. Please!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🙏
