Really horrible app overall. Customer service is ridiculous. They Don’t know how to treat their customers. They’re always trying to save themselves instead of trying to solve the customer’s problems. Within 5 days I recharged my line twice, 55gb worth. Gone both times. Disappeared and Vanished into thin air. I keep telling them I just recharged it yesterday and they stated “ I used all my data net.” How Does someone use 55gb in 1-2 days? Disappointed by so much. The jood app was much better. Due to their lack of customer service and support, not understanding my problem and continue to blame me for their own app’s glitches and not understanding common sense. Leaving their company as a customer.

First of all its so complicated i cant even check how much wifi i have left, everything is a link and you cant find anything your looking for, and they dont help at all
