“An error occurred while updating the app. You can use the app only after the error is rectified. Please contact the support team.” Consider yourself contacted. Not much better than the web anyways

I used to love this app because it would allow me to reread and review lengthy documents from the comfort of my cell phone. After the last update three weeks ago it now lags and crashes when I try to open larger documents. Help please!
