Recent reviews

The leash feature does not send me alerts, and I cannot add custom pins or set up virtual fences. Despite paying for Pro, I find the service unsatisfactory and am canceling my subscription. It's a waste of money.

I reached out to this company after about 6 months of using one of the QR code tags, my cat had chewed on her tag so much that the QR code was no longer able to be scanned. I asked if I would be able to get in on a discount or if I would have to buy a new tag for her, they then offered to send me one at no cost! I absolutely reccomend this company, it was a quick and easy process talking with costumer support!
