I was excited to try this company for work clothes. When I got my preview I was going to switch out 3 items. I clicked the once I wanted to change and it said to select new items. I clicked to look at a dress. It’s told me that it was completed but I never chose anything. Customer service could not reverse it. So I’m supposed to get 3 items instead of 6 and I still have to pay styling fee! Then the app said my box was delivered. And guess what it hasn’t been delivered. I will try stitch fix again. I never had these problems with them

I was excited to use the app. Went through the lengthy get to know me info. And then the app froze at the password screen. I exited and went back into the app multiple times and it wouldn’t pass the screen. I deleted the whole app.

The app wouldn’t let me check out. Not impressed with the clothes. Found most of the items to be overpriced compared to what I’ve received from a competitor. Picked “cover” for cleavage and got two low cut tank tops and a low cut jumpsuit/romper (and had also asked to specifically exclude jumpsuits). Overall not a great experience with the service nor the app.
