I used to love this mobile banking app because it was simple, fast, and had great modern features. Unfortunately, many of those features seem to be gone now and the app glitches constantly. Recently it won’t even let me enter the app, even after reinstalling it and updating to the latest version. What used to make banking easier now just slows me down and makes things more frustrating.

They make it incredibly impossible to do basic stuff on this. It is absolutely frustrating to even try to pay my car loan where they don’t make it easy to do so. It also tells me there isn’t an address on file but there is no option to even edit it to add it. It legit makes me want to pull my hair out. This app has been like this for so long of this too.
