Users report Enlighted Connect has potential, with faster performance and useful climate controls when it works. However, across multiple reviews the app is hampered by critical reliability issues: inconsistent performance, buggy temperature controls and confused temperature readings, and frequent connectivity problems that require restarts or cause lockouts. The desk/room booking flow is unreliable, with broken prompts and records not saving. Onboarding is also weak, with failing authentication emails and hard-to-reach support. The app has made some great improvements over past year. Performance is faster, new functionality like being able to see when your coworkers are coming into the office and where they will sit, and better UX.

Forced to use this for company returning to work. The user interface is awful on a computer, phone, and iPad. Information displayed is not helpful, and helpful information is not displayed. The workflow to book a desk is buggy and inconsistent, and does things like show that you cannot overwrite a current booking for X date, when also saying that you do not have a reservation for that date.

I can’t complete the authentication process to use the app. The authentication link they send to my company email 404’s, so the app is unusable. There is no support contact on the company website or in the app.
