Your subscription payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, at the same price as the current subscription. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. I’m not sure why this app is still in the App Store. There is a lot of information on the app. The only thing missing are clear directions about how to test or use it.

I have had this app for 2 years now. Works great and very impressed with the user interface. The app is simple to install and very easy to navigate. Love the fact that in an emergency my loved ones are notified in an instant. A must have for any smart phone.

I haven’t needed the app and a couple of times my spouse has received a text when I didn’t realize I’d sent it, but that’s been over a period of a couple of years. I don’t have an Apple Watch or wearable device, but I love all the information the app provides such as locations of hospitals, etc., and the important numbers I would need in the case of an emergency that I might forget if in crisis. I don’t look for this to be my lifeline or feel a false sense of security having the app, but I love having it on my home screen as a starting point if I’m faced with an emergency.
