I purchased this app almost a year ago as a free trial and then cancelled it on time before the expiry and they still charged me full price for an entire year. I don’t need to use a rhyming app for a year. Wth? Y’all would not even refund my money to my Apple Card even though I had cancelled on time. That’s not nice. It makes you look bad. And I still supposedly have full access to this app according to my Settings app but clearly that’s not the case. I offloaded it from my iPhone several months back and just tried to reopen it and I did but it wants me to pay again when clearly my subscription doesn’t expire until October 2026. I can send you a screenshot to prove what I’m saying to you. It’s so unfair that you offered me a free trial and even though I cancelled it y’all still charged me for a full damn year. I certainly won’t be suggesting to any of my friends (the one’s in the music community who write song lyrics) about your inconsiderate company or your so called rhyming app. Das not rice.🥺
