Slice Fractions

Slice Fractions is an award-winning educational game that helps kids ages 5-12 learn fractions through playful problem-solving puzzles. Players slice through ice and lava to clear the mammoth’s path, exploring fraction concepts without words and through 140+ inventive physics puzzles. The game is ad-free, safe for home or classroom use, and has earned multiple honors including Best of 2014 (App Store), Editors’ Choice (App Store), and Parents’ Choice Gold Award 2014.

It supports multiple languages (Danish, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese) and is Universal App across iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV. The game aligns with Common Core fractions concepts (part-whole, numerator/denominator, equivalent fractions, ordering, subtracting from 1, addition) and is based on research from UQAM.
