I paid for lifetime subscription a few years back. I log on to use it with my second baby and the videos are unavailable. I message customer service and their explanation is that my lifetime subscription is not available anymore. No offer to make it right or anything.

I’ve loved using and having BabySparks. It’s been a go-to for my now 4 and 2 YO’s - the monthly what to expect for the babies really helped me stay anchored. And the daily activities have been fun quick ways to spend a few minutes of undivided attention with each kiddo. This app is easy to use and helpful. I’m aging out now but glad to have had it - Thanks!
