It lets you browse cards, build unlimited decks, and import or export them using deck codes that work with the game. I'm going to be offline from Hearthstone for a few days, but I want to discover the cards and build some decks while I can't do it in the game itself. The last two packs at the moment are "Festival of Legends" and "Titans". The former is in this app while the latter isn't ("Titans" were released three weeks ago). Even though the last pack isn't in the app, I give it five stars, I hope the developers are working on the update (but what's the problem?). Also I like that the app doesn't collect any data. Privacy.
