I downloaded this app because it was offered by my health insurance and I could use the help it says it offers. It’s incredibly glitchy. The biggest perk I was looking for was connecting with a real person. The app either shuts down or just sits and tries to load the screen to schedule a consult. Navigating through the app is a pain, too! I thought I could take advantage of the dietary information and recipes. You can pick a category to look at (vegetable recipes) and if you scroll through it and want to go back to look through another category -there’s no BACK button! I should have looked closer when I downloaded it. It hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Waste of my time.

I can’t even use the app because as soon as it opens, it crashes and closes. Pointless so far.

The coach aspect and meal tracking portions of this program is great but the app is outdated and the Apple health integration is inconsistent and doesn’t sync properly. This app is not maintained. I do not recommend this until the app gets regular attention from the developers. I’m happy to work with the developers to improve it.
