Rewards program is unreliable/unusable in the app (not applying, loading, redeeming).
Checkout and payment issues, including lack of Apple Pay and difficulty adding a payment method.
App crashes/lag/slow performance (crashes, long loading times, slow payment processing).
Delivery routing issues when using Grubhub (orders sent to wrong location) and limited support.

We have been eating at JS for years now. When the app rolled out we used it instead of going through third party apps. That was a mistake. If there is an issue with your order there is NO ONE to contact. The store does not have a phone number for customers and customer service takes hours to get back to you. I had issues on multiple orders but the last was the worse. 2.5 hours to delivery my food and I could not contact anyone for the status. To top it off, they tried to not refund me because I received the food almost 3 hours after I ordered it.
