I love to eat at my local Schlotzky’s when I’m at my commuter residence, and any other time I find myself near one! But this darn app has kept me from eating there more than a few times. After working a long day, I just want to order my food on the app, drive thru, pick it up and go home, eat and hit the hay! But I have had issues with the app loading at all, crashing, etc. Today, I had no issues with my order and was happy the app provided a survey regarding my experience, only to be disappointed that the comment boxes would not allow me to type anything in! Thus, I finally decided to write a review.
