Other apps claim to guide you back to your car but let’s face it-using an app that requires you to tell it that you’ve parked just isn’t going to work. After all, if you’re prone to forgetting your spot, you’re going to forget to tell the app you’ve parked.

How Does It Work?

Parking Pin's Pin Finder* uses the newest iPhones’ Motion Coprocessors in combination with Location Services to pinpoint your spots as you park. It does this in the background, while your iPhone is asleep or as you use other apps. The next time you open the app, your current spot will be saved along with a list of your most recent spots.

We’ve got you covered! As long as you enable Location Services, saving your spots has never been easier. Simply drop a Pin manually with the tap of a button or easily reposition an existing Pin for a more accurate location. Rotating your iPhone reveals a fullscreen map making getting back to your car a snap. It even works without Wifi or Cell Service!

Where’s My Car?

Open the app to see your current Pin location on a map with walking directions, distance to your car, street name, date you parked & how long you’ve been parked for along with a compass needle that continuously points in your car’s direction.

When Does My Meter Expire?

Was that 1 hr 35 mins you bought at 3:15pm or was it 3 hrs at 1:15!? Hate remembering how much time you have left on your meter? So do we. That’s why Parking Pin has a slick built-in Meter with Time Left, Time Available & Expire Time settings. Pinch or tap to set one of these options. Parking Pin automatically calculates & sets the rest-you’ll never need to do the extra math! Parking Pin will even notify you when your meter expires or is about to expire.

Requirements

∙iOS7+ ∙Location Services enabled/authorized for Parking Pin in the Settings App ∙*Pin Finder (automatically finding parking locations) requires a device with the M7 or M8 chip, Location services enabled/authorized, Motion Activity authorized & Background App Refresh (Multi-Tasking) enabled/authorized. You must travel above 3.5m/s (~7mph) to find your parking spots. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
