She was very sweet, but I requested my hair to be a certain way. I pulled out a picture to show them what I wanted and unfortunately it fell Short. At the end of the night I had to remove 50 Bobby pins and then i had to rip out a desk rubber band. it ripped out a lot of my hair. the products that was used in my hair was terrible, cheap and damaged my hair.

Love this app. It’s amazing how professional the artists are and I’ve been transformed with both hair and makeup on a level I can’t do myself. Such a wonderful service.
