Problem everytime i open the apps. Its keep saying jailbroken device. As far as i know i never jailbreak my iphone since the firstday im using it. Please fix it.

Everytime I open the app, it says No Connection. But I am connected to active wifi, and it’s hard for me to pay bill/add on data if needed. Please fix this issue, atleast an option to close the No Connection pop up
