The app is valuable for centralizing services and reducing in-person waiting when it works, but persistent crashes, login issues, tedious data entry, unreliable appointment availability, and inaccurate queue info severely hinder reliability and usability.

Pros

Centralized access to many essential government services and agencies in one app
Check-in and queue feature reduces in-person waiting and provides an estimated position in line
When functioning, appointments can be on time (e.g., post office example)

Cons

Frequent crashes and overall app instability causing sessions to disappear
Login/authentication problems across devices, including captcha becoming unclickable and 'unable to connect to server' errors
Too much data entry / re-entering details for each search or action
Appointment availability is often nonexistent or not reliably updated
Queue/check-in data inaccuracies; line position not updating or incorrect

The application is buggy It will crash and the session disappears and then you argue with people in line that you were actually there I suggest taking a screenshot of the number just in case

At first I could get in, then suddenly it denied me access. I have two iPhones (using my Wifi or outdoors with data), and I also tried on several iPhones in the Apple store (using their Wifi), plus computers (theirs and mine), an iPad, and also at an ATT store (their phones and mine, using their Wifi). I’m on for a short time AT BEST, then denied access (or the screen greys), whether I entered further into the site or app or not. This is crazy!!
