Wastes my time then looses all the detailed data it demands to fill out a report. Ridiculous! Just use the website or call the city on phone and let them waste their time with their worse than useless tech!

This app was great for submitting issues in Bellevue. But now it won’t even open despite reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, etc. It could be an issue with ios14, or just a general lack of focus from the developer.
