I was trying to use this app in Lake Tahoe for fishing. I needed to find an underwater mountain that was at 60’ deep. I positioned myself just above where the app said it would be and I was in 400’ of water. I confirmed this using another boats sonar. It also said I was in 3’ of water when near the shore but it was closer to 20’. The contours were at best a rough estimate. I tried to cancel my subscription but I think it was a day late so now I have this useless app for a year and spent $50 on nothing. *EDIT* Garmin developer response makes no sense to me. Lake Tahoe at best fluctuates seasonally by a few feet not 340 feet that this app was off by.
