For some reason I can not get it to connect to my phone. It tells me to connect and nothing. I have even tried to get help from the app and it says I have no internet service I have no idea what is wrong

Neither work since the last update on android or iOS XR , 12 or 13 pro. If you can’t fix the current version at least let us use the last update until you figure something out. I have 400 dollars of unusable equipment, I currently had to purchase a iBobber until these are back online and it’s wasted my money, time and effected the time I had to enjoy the holiday… I did nothing but praise these for the information they collected and shared with friends and family only to be left wondering if it’s even being addressed since they discontinued the product line. I received a email stating it’s being addressed and soon to be updated. Until then let us use a version that functioned?
