Kia Roadside Assist

You never know when the unexpected will happen - especially when you’re out-and-about in the car. With the Kia Roadside app you’ll be able to request roadside assistance when you get into a sticky situation with your Kia. Whether it’s a flat battery or tyre, you’ve lost your keys or are in an accident you can request help in New Zealand from your iPhone. Once registered, the Kia Roadside app will automatically locate you with the iPhone’s GPS and allows you to tell our service agents what help you need and where you are. There’s also a quick link to turn on the flash light and access through to kia.com/nz. To use the Kia Roadside app you need to be/ live in New Zealand and registered for the Kia Roadside Assistance Program. The Kia Roadside Assistance Program comes with most Kia vehicles less than 5 years old.
