Lagged screen , doesn’t load anything

i’ve used this app for years and have loved it - BUT THE LAYOUT UPDATE HAS CAUSED ISSUES : on iphone , when i click on an order to view details i can no longer see the full details of which options were selected by the customer (in my listings i make use of multiple drop down selections). Only around 20 letters are visible which does NOT give me all the information i need to fulfill my orders. This section NEEDS to show the full details regardless of character length. overall the new layout is unnecessary and makes the app as a whole harder to use , or in some cases useless. I need the app to FUNCTION and do not want a focus on new aesthetics as this is only damaging what was there previously.
