User Reviews

ECG Books is praised as a clear, well-structured ECG learning tool with helpful explanations, pictorials, and live-case practice that appeal to medical students, nurses, and clinicians. However, multiple reviews flag stability issues and crashes on various devices/OS versions, plus concerns about paying for full content and a perceived lack of depth beyond beginner material. The app is valued for rapid-reference and real-time ECG practice, but its paywalls and stability problems are the most commonly cited drawbacks.
Pros
  • Clear and detailed explanations of arrhythmias and ECG reading.
  • Useful practice with real-time ECGs/live play cases and recognition training.
  • Strong value for medical education; widely recommended across students, nurses, and doctors.
  • Good design and pictorial examples with intuitive layout.
Cons
  • Crashes and stability issues across devices/OS (including iOS 10 compatibility and iPad Air 2 incompatibility).
  • Content limited by premium pricing; not enough cases or samples available without paying.
  • Material perceived as beginner-focused with insufficient depth for advanced study.

I paid for the full version using ipad, and it’s great, but when I download the app on the my iphone, its not the paid version. How do I sync my devices and the app?

I find myself using this app again and again whether I'm studying for my RCIS or ACLS or just trying to be better at rhythm interpretation. Lots of good pictorial examples and decent explanations.

Can't give a full review just based on the samples but from what I've seen so far it just contains basic beginners material. No in depth explain of each case.
