Way too many!!!

I downloaded this app because I wanted to check it out the buzz but then I a pop-up inside the app 2 choices in chinese characters and the thing is I downloaded from the American App store so I expected words to be written in the language of this region. Chinese is a beautiful language but I want to know what I am agreeing or disagreeing to. Another issue I have is that my brightness to be darkening whenever I try to watch some videos. I closed the app then reopened the app and when I swiped down the screen went dark. I uninstalled it because it needs to get its bugs fixed in order to be usable.
