Recent reviews

I have had this app for a couple years. I haven’t been able to use “Live” for months. Video might work unless it freezes up then you have close the app, re-open it, reboot the camera or hub. None of which gets the app to show “Live”. Neither did the customer service guy who I was on the phone with to troubleshoot it for hours. Thought he said he’d put in a ticket and someone would reach out. Haven’t heard back and that was months ago.

I am not sure what is going on with the app but it does not work for me! I have checked for updates and it’s up to date however when I click on the app it doesn’t come up just loads and then times out. Can’t even get into it to report an issue!
