Terrible software, constantly logs me out and gives me login errors, can’t see donations, can’t sort by date, notifications are non existent. Completely worthless

This app has some good qualities, like setting up the fundraiser. 🚨🚨🚨HOWEVER, there are SEVERAL important things to NOTE before you download and USE. 1. They DO NOT provide a customer service PHONE NUMBER if you have ANY issues, big or small, you MUST use the chat, or email your questions. If any in depth technical issues happen—you are out of luck. I went back and forth for weeks with no joy. 2. Using the Apple ID secure Login. This hides your email when logging into GoFundMe, BUT when the site tries to send/generate an authentication email, the forwarding option of this feature has you list an account to forward the secure email to. THIS DOES NOT work. So your authentication. Can’t be Authenticated. 3. In initiating the Transfers, some functions DO NOT WORK from the App. You MUST login using a web browser and even then, simple things like uploaded documents are impossible to find. I had to dig and dig. Then it said my documents would not load and I got an email. Yet when I sent the documents to the email address that requested me to send them, they then replied with “This is not legal or suggested”. “We can’t use these documents”. Please login to upload, which is just going back to the original issue of trying to upload the documents. My problem is that I tried to do a GOOD thing for a deserving man, truly in need. Many people reached out and helped. But there is Zero to VERY limited assistance to actually get the money out of GoFundMe and to the victim. I can’t recommend using this app.
