Recent reviews

Very bad experience with the RedBus app. Honestly one of the worst travel experiences of my life. The bus boarding location shown in the app was completely confusing. When I clicked directions for the first time in Chennai, it showed a different location and I had no idea which one was correct. I expect the app to guide passengers to the right boarding point properly, especially in an unfamiliar city. The customer support operators were completely unhelpful. I got stranded at night with no accommodation and no alternate buses available. I asked multiple times what could be done, and the operator was clueless, only saying “we will get back to you in 24 hours.” What exactly am I supposed to do during the night? Now I have to spend extra money booking a hotel for the night. I had already been roaming around the whole day after checking out of my hotel at 12 PM, so I was already exhausted and tired. Even the bus operator seemed helpless and had no proper information. Overall a terrible and stressful experience. Very disappointing.
