Your platform should make maximum use of current technology to simplify life for consumers, but unfortunately the process feels unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. 1. The prefilled fields are confusing. I kept getting an error message saying “no special characters allowed” and spent more than 5 minutes trying to figure it out, only to realize the issue was caused by your own prefilled text boxes. 2. If NEFT and RTGS have different transaction restrictions, why not validate and filter this during data entry itself? Our payment was returned because RTGS was used for an amount below ₹5 lakhs — something your system could easily have prevented upfront. 3. Why is copy/paste disabled for account number fields? This creates unnecessary hassle and increases the risk of manual entry errors. Overall, the system needs to be more user-friendly and designed around customer convenience rather than making simple transactions complicated.
