I purchased the professional version after seeing a demo in conference, $1500. They sent me a receipt immediately but that was it. No guidance, no password or code. I have called customer service now 3 times yesterday and today and left messages and also sent email. No answer. No responses. I hope there is a reasonable explanation for their unavailability. I will give them the weekend then I will report as fraud to the credit card company.

I’m just getting started using msk ultrasound having recently taken a cadaver course. This was excellent training but resulted in information overload. I needed some way to continue learning at my own pace. Dr Gronseth’s mskNAV course was recommended by an ultrasound training rep as the best online teaching available. I purchased the program and have found it to be far better than I expected. I now use it daily for review and have it in my injection room for guidance. I also find it useful for patient education.
