Nice, intuitive interface.
Cashback feature exists.
Initially shows balance and transaction data after linking a card.

Registration flow is broken: can't complete signup or forces a new registration loop.
Receipt scan/submission and complaint service do not function.
Customer support is unresponsive or unhelpful (no or slow replies).

I have a cash back and I tried to redeemed and I could not! Eventually, I lost it! It is because this app is a complete mystery and the customer service is useless.
