96.3 Real Country

Update 4-28-2021. Still trying to use the app when radio isn’t available. This latest update sees the return of such constant crashing on my iPhone 12 Pro it’s absolutely useless. It won’t play for more than about 30 seconds before crashing one way or another. I restarted the app 4 times in 1 song today before giving up and listening to something else. WiFi or cellular, same problem. Still my favorite station though. Just wish the app was useable. Old reviews follow... Update 4-8-2019. I’ve been using this app for 6 years. It’s reliability has always been questionable, but recently the app started crashing multiple times in a single song. Sometimes it goes to a screen that looks like a video player. Then it stutters and starts and stops and starts and stops etc. Occasionally it even crashes completely and closes itself. Not sure why the actual station seems so weak in my car in north phx but this app has become the only way for me to listen in the station’s market, which makes it doubly annoying. If it wasn’t for the other stations in town (who claim to be country) being such sellouts to pop music labeled as country I would listen to them. Don’t get me wrong. I love 96.3. I love the music. I love the people. I love their dedication to their values. They just need to get better with the broadcasting and streaming parts. Old review follows... I think it's great being able to get my favorite station anywhere I have my phone with me. What I don't think is great is that the app constantly crashes. Sometimes it just randomly stops playback. It may play for 30 minutes or 3 hours, but at some random point it inevitably just stops. Other times it crashes completely and the app just shuts down. When it does play, sometimes it jumps back a minute or so and I get to hear that part of the broadcast again. That last problem has gotten better with the latest update, but the app still crashes and I have to stop what I'm doing and restart it. Love the station though. Love the people. Love the music

Love the Radio Station with all my heart, but a little more reliability in the app would make the experience even better
