This horrible e-reader is made only worse by the fact that it’s the only way that you can have portable access to the material provided to you from their overprice training programs. The absent customization options for text size and background colors are bad enough, but the flaky nature of the “highlight text” button that makes using this app a truly frustrating experience. Countless times I have gone to highlight text, only to have the button required to finish the highlight feature, either not spawn at all on the screen or spawn off in the margin where you can’t even click it accurately without an Apple Pencil. Very poor product from a very large company.

I am unable to use this program on my ipad. Whenever I try to load up the books from my account, they only display white so I am unable to read any of the books. Please fix this app as I have books from 10k worth of Cisco classes that I can’t read now.
