The content is amazing, but the app borders on useless. Long loading / buffering times, a search function that doesn’t pull up titles unless they’re an exact match, and downloading content for offline viewing is buggy. Often the content will play twice at the same time leading to mismatched audio. Overall a very poor, frustrating app experience.

Over the last 2-3 years the web site has changed, the title of the company has changes, the App has changed, the ability to purchase DVDs has gone away and NOW, if I try to download titles for offline viewing, the titles don’t completely download and episodes that DO download are mostly out of order. This is NOT what I call customer service. I’d rather go back to a monthly fee and have the DVDs opportunity back or at least be able to have titles download properly.
