Generally I think check24 is great however I spent hours trying to book a rental car and it wouldn’t accept the ZIP code even support wasn’t able to help - I had to wait until the next morning to complete the booking once the issue was resolved- which of course resulted in a price increase! Aside from spending hours on something that should have taken 5min to complete. A sorry email in such cases is simply not enough… and it may result in customer loss.
