Users praise the wide, varied e-card library and easy sending, often noting it's free with lots of choices. Recurrent problems include heavy advertising, removal of the text-sending feature in updates and requests to revert, and reliability issues with delivering or viewing cards (readers can't open cards or links fail). These recurring concerns tend to overshadow the positives for many users.

I’ve used this app occasionally in the past, maybe once or twice a year, and it’s been terrific. Up until now. I just updated as suggested and now it’s practically impossible to get through the process of sending a card. There are so many ads. I’ll never use this app again.
